I am not a technical expert. Will I be able to use the software and how long does it take to familiarize myself with it?

The operation of the software is very easy. We will certainly give you a detailed introduction, go through all the areas with you and will be there for any further questions.

My margins are very tight. How do you plan to increase my sales when I already sell my items the lowest price which my wholesale price allows me to.

If you're offering your items close to or at your buying price, use the BuyBoxCatcher. The function of the 'Margin booster' will help you to continuously increase your margins, and more importantly, to stay in the BuyBox for longer.

My current software optimizes every 15 minutes.
Wh should I use your software if I already optimize 4 times per hour?
A
Even in this situation you are able to increase your sales through dynamic price adjustment. The more frequent optimzation-cycles also ensure an higher BuyBox percentage and increase in margin.

I have very few listings, which I can easily adjust manually.
Which tangible benefits will I see from automatic optimization?
A
If you have fewer listings you should first ask yourself if there is a severe competitor situation. If this is the case, your competitors will probably work with repricing-systems, so that you'll have to make huge eforts in order to adjust even remotely to the market. Use logicsale to save time and to rest assured

Use the 'Stock' filter within your logicsale stock-tab. Simply choose the option 'FBA' and click to button 'start search'.

I mainly sell used items.
Am I only able to compare the same types of conditions?
A
In the standard settings different kinds of item conditions are compared with each other,as long as they are listed as 'used'. However, you can - for example - also only compare 'used - good as new' with 'used - good as new' if you so choose. Call us or send us an e-mail and we'll activate this function for you.

Is a multiple listing possible?

With the ASIN-multilink function you can search Amazons' product catalogue for multiple listings. Comfortably choose the listings on which you would like to be present, and extend your reach to your clients, and thereby your sales. You can find more information on www.ASINmultilink.de.

Is logicsale compatible with my ERP-system?
A
Every inventory-management system can run parallel to logicsale and operate the same as before. Whether it's Linnworks, Magento or any other system, it doesn't matter. The logicsale engine will work parallel to your system or even send your ERP-CSV data straight to Amazon.

can I simply call and would you still be my point of contact?

Do you offer a trial period?
A
For sure. You can have a ten day trial period during which we will support you

How long is the contract term?
A
You can choose between three or twelve months. Contact us and we would be pleased to advise you which term best fits your shop.

Can you send me the invoice again?
A
Of course. You can also find all your invoices as a PDF-download under 'My Data' in your account. Should you need help. just write to us or give us a call.

What happens if Amazon closes my shop? Can I terminate the contract due to exceptional circumstances?
A
In such a case we will generate a final invoice based on our minimum commission, so that you don't have to carry further monthly costs. That's how we can end any agreements prematurely.

Will my contract automatically extend itself by the same duration?
A
Yes, your contract will automatically be extended by the previously chosen term, so long as you are satisfied with our services and do not terminate your agreement before hand.

Will the prices increase?
A
No. The prices which you agreed upon at the beginning of your contract will remain the same

Termination, written or per e-mail?
A
The termination notice is 30 days, please forward us the termination in written form and per post.

Why must I pay for the account if I've switched off the engine?
A
After you've made the decision to use logicsale, we plan and reserve the neccessary server-infrastructure with our service providers for the duration of your agreement. As a result we face running costs, regardless of whether or not you're using our system. This is why we have to enter into an agreement over several months.

When will I pay the basic minumum commission?
A
If you don't generate any sales on Amazon or only make so few sales, that the minimum commission is not reached.

Do you calculate per optimization (or for every sold item)?
A
We will optimize your items around the clock, 24 hours a day. This allows you to be constantly adjusted to the current market conditions. This service entailling several thousand if not millions of optimizations is not billed. Only in the event of a sale we will charge a small fee per sold item.

Is my information safe with you? Which security measures do you take?

Of course, your information is sent encrypted via SSL. Find out more in our Privacy Policy.

How does the sellerbase work? Do I have to install the software?
A
The software works web-based which means that you do not have to download a software. You can login from your computer or laptop wherever you have an internet connection.

Why is my price not being shown on Amazon, even though it's being displayed in my sellerbase?
A
There is no final answer to this question, but often it's due to a sales price or similar on Amazon. By now it can also happen, that the internal min and maximum prices are causing the price update to fail. It is generally recommended to view the uploaded files(Upload several files) on Amazon. This is where one might be able to find further information regarding the problem. The sales price can be found directly within the Amazon inventory.

What happens when I adjust the prices individually on Amazon? Does logicsale register these changes?
A
If you've activated the optimization for these items, we obviously overwrite the sellercentral prices with the optimized prices from logicsale. Due to this, please set the desired price as a fixed price within your sellerbase.

How can I change the prices in a scheduled manner?
A
We can upload different CSV files at different times of the day. Simply contact us and we'll activate this free function for you.
